Arrival: Vehicles should go to the villa first to unload bags, coolers, and personal items outside.
Note: Villa access will begin once room keys are distributed centrally. No individual check-in required.
Room Keys: Distributed centrally by Golf Operations once available.

Golf Operations: After unloading at the villa, players should proceed to the clubhouse to prepare carts and stage for play.
Golf carts will be used for the full week and returned to the villa after rounds.
All players are expected to follow the daily schedule closely. Adjustments will be communicated by Golf Operations if necessary.

How It Works
- Designated groups handle specific meals
- All players contribute to a shared food fund
- Meals are coordinated to avoid overlap and shortages

All food planning, purchasing, and logistics are managed by the Food & Hospitality Coordinator to ensure consistency, efficiency, and full coverage across the trip.

Important Information
Arrival & Opening
- All vehicles should arrive at the villa first to unload gear outside
- Players should then proceed to the clubhouse to prepare carts and equipment
- Golf carts will be used for the full week and returned to the villa after play
- The morning round is a warm-up and not required
- All players must be present before the 1:30 PM tee time
- Opening Address at 12:45 PM (attendance expected)
Payments
- All trip costs must be paid in full prior to arrival
- This includes lodging, golf, and food contributions
- No on-site collection will be handled
Daily Flow
- Morning rounds begin early according to schedule
- Maintain pace of play at all times
- Lunches are kept concise between rounds
- Afternoon rounds follow with minimal delay
